Konstantinos Argyropoulos MD, PhD, is a Psychiatrist and Psychotherapist. He is a graduated of Patras Medical School and holds a PhD with distinction from the same University. He currently runs his private office in Athens and he is Scientific Fellow of Patras Medical School and academic staff. Prior to that he completed a residency in Psychiatry at the P. G. Hospital of Greece.
He is a member of several scientific associations including the Greek Association of Cognitive Analytic Therapy, International Psychoanalytical Studies Organization (IPSO) the Hellenic Psychiatric Association and the (c) Hellenic Psychoanalytical Society. As a researcher, he has participated with workshops, posters and oral presentations in several conferences, among others to the European Psychiatric Association, International Conference of CAT and American Psychiatric Association annual meeting. Moreover, he has participated in A & S: research and network in UC Berkeley, California and he is reviewer in Global Psychiatry; Nutrients and International Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health. He has several original research articles published including in "Psychiatriki"; Advances in Psychiatry; European Psychiatry and in Psychogeriatrics all available at PubMed.
Dr. Konstantinos Argyropoulos (MD, PhD) use a variety of treatments including Psychoanalysis, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy and various forms of psychotherapy (CAT, CBT, Counseling), medications management and psychosocial interventions depending on the needs of each client.
